The subject of the invitation to tender is planning services in the service areas - 55 HOAI Anlagengruppen 7 (Media Technology) for the new building of a Clinical Auditorium.

The construction site for the NThe Hoersaal`s new building is on the grounds of the UK Magdeburg A.oe.R., west of the house 8. The favored piece of land is not developed and covers approx. 1 083 m. It is encompassed by access roads or paths. Because of the possibility demanded by the Medical Faculty to present patients during the lecture, a connection between the auditorium and the auditorium must be establishedAn existing building will be realized, which ensures the weather-independent and safe transport of the bed.
For the new building of the Hoersaal, a project is to be realized which has already been implemented on the grounds of the main Otto-von-Guericke University in 2014. The existing design must be supplemented by a bed access. In addition, AnpLocal conditions and extended functionality are required. In the new building is the only use a listening room for a maximum of 300 people as well as all necessary for a perfect H-rsaalbetrieb functions including foyer (technical rooms, preparation rooms, control room and sanitary facilities) housed. The functioning of the building is designed so that it is possible to operate independently of other facilities of the Medical Faculty and the University Hospital.
The function of the auditorium is the ascending construction of the floor in this room. The result is an approximately 10 m high building, which in the area of Hoersaales single storey and in adjacent areas is partially formed two-storey. Partially the building is built up to a depth of approx. 3 m below the surface of the grounds. In the basement are technical and Lagerflaechen. With the construction of a new auditorium building on the campus of the UKMD, it is important to realize a forward-looking interactive concept in terms of data communication and media technology,which is responsible for the technical and medical equipment of the next years and represents the prerequisites for a modern teaching and event organization.
For the Hoersaal the following systems have to be planned: Room acoustic equipment, presentation technology, network technology and camera systems. In addition, the Hoersaal must be able to receive and send multimedia signals. Also liveEntries from the OR area as well as transmissions of auditorium events to the Intranet or the Internet are possible. As a matter of principle, the house standards of the UKMD have to be taken into account.
In total, the investment costs of approx. EUR 1.50 million gross (KG 400 DIN 276) are available for the project. Of this amount, approx. EUR 0.385 million gross is attributable to cost group 470 (media technology)DIN 276. This budget framework is the upper cost limit on which the planning services in the contract to be commissioned (- 55 HOAI) are to be aligned for the named asset group.
The documents for the HU-Bau must be submitted to the AG for auditing on August 30, 2019. The in II.2.7. specified term refers to this date. Start of use for the project is for February 2021 geplant.
The awarding authority / client expects that in case of commissioning the offered project team will be available immediately and in full to ensure scheduling. If necessary, an increase in the team strength is to ensure / ensure the deadline compliance.
