General planning services Project Waermeversorgung Oberpfaffenhofen
At the location of the German Aerospace Center e. V. (DLR) in Oberpfaffenhofen to replace the outdated heat supply. In the course of this modernization, the heat supply will be decentralized and restructured. ZIn addition, the old heat supply should be dismantled and disposed of. The production of the future heat supply should be achieved by dividing the area of the AG into decentralized supply areas. A distinction is made between eight areas of service (cf, inter alia, the enclosed documents: statement on the project concept of the tender document E E.4).

Services provided by the general planning for the basic services of the service phases 2 to 9 in the performance picture Buildings and interiors acc. - 33 HOAI i. V. m. The orderr reserves the right to transfer further or partial phases of service and / or construction phases. There is no legal claim to the transfer of these services.
The Contractor, as general planner, will provide all planning services, including all planning coordination services, in order to achieve the planning goals. Exceptions to this are only planning services by Sonderprofessionals who will commission the AG separately. However, integrating the results of the other people involved in the planning process is an important contractual obligation of the Contractor, as well as the coordination and coordination with the others involved in the planning process. For this purpose, the contractor sets up his own General Planner Manager (GP Manager), who coordinates the General Planner Planning Works andThis ensures that all planning results are integrated. The GP Manager is the central point of contact for all planning trades for which the contractor is commissioned as general planner. The aim is to get a contact person for the planning, who acts independently and serves the interfaces to the other project partners.
The tasks of the GP manager are in particular:
- Actas the sole contact person of the AG, as well as coordination and integration of all external planners by creating an organizational plan; - regular team discussions with all planners to determine the status of the implementation including visualization and communication of the status of implementation; In these meetings, the respective status of the implementation of the respective trades is too documentation and visualization,

A) Basic information (company, legal form, address) to the company of the tenderer / members the grouping (where applicable) (form CI); B) self-explanations that are in -- 123, 124 GWB or in - 21 of the Posted Workers Act, - 98c of the Residence Act, - 19 of the Minimum Wage Act and - 21 of the Schwarzarbeitsbekaempfungsgesetzes mentioned exclusion criteria are not present; for foreign applicants / members of a community of applicants: self-declaration that no exclusion criteria exist, as laid down in the legislation of the respective countrys are comparable to -- 123, 124 GWB or - 21 of the Posted Workers Act, - 98c of the Residence Act, - 19 of the Minimum Wage Act and - 21 of the Illegal Labor Code (Form C.II.); self-declaration (if required) of Applicant community members for joint and several liability and appointment of the person representing the applicant, including proofthe power of representation (Form C.III.). Points III.1.1 to III.1.3. (d) In the case of a planned subcontracting assignment, the candidate shall designate the parts he intends to subcontract to third parties. (Form C.IV.).

In the case of a suitability lending, the applicant or tenderer must submit a signed and binding undertaking by the respective undertaking that the funds will be available to him (- 47 para 1 VgV) and a statementthe joint liability of the candidate and the other company for the execution of the contract in accordance with the scope of the qualifying loan (CV form).
