The contract that will be concluded as a result of the proceedings commitsThe subject will be the preventive and curative maintenance of all multimedia devices and audiovisual equipment at the Museum of Man. The specificities of the installations subject to the maintenance contract are described in the CCTP and its annexes.

The contract which will be concluded following the procedure engaged will have for object la preventive and curative maintenance of all multimedia devices and audiovisual equipment at the Museum of Man. The specificities of the installations subject to the maintenance contract are described in the CCTP and its annexes.
The market also presents, in an ancillary manner, the provision of supplies for certain so-called equipment, the replacement of which will have to be rapid in this respect.■ The perimeter and the description of the services as well as their technical specifications are defined in the CCTP and its appendices. The duration of the contract is 48 months from the date of its notification.

The candidate will be able to provefinancial capacity by any other document considered equivalent by the contracting authority if it is objectively impossible to produce any of the information requested concerning its financial capacity, - the applicant for bankruptcy will have to produce a copy of the judgments pronounced for this purpose.
The candidatures and the offers will have to be delivered by the way electronic. Paper offers will no longer be accepted and will be considered irregular.
In accordance with article 2.9 of the consultation rules, a site visit is mandatory. A certificate of site visit must be attached to the offer, on pain of irregularity of the offer.
