Gjøvik municipality, Gran, Nordre Land and Søndre Land municipalities are implementing a joint procurement of welfare technological equipment, accessories and accompanying services for the health and welfare services. The framework agreement shall cover the municipalities ́ continuous need for i.a. safety alarms, electronic medicine dispensers, sensor technology and other technological welfare products. The aim of the agreement is to contribute to safe, efficient and future orientated health and care services, as well as facilitate increased mastery, independence and safety for the users. The procurement includes options on a welfare technological platform, response centre and response services as well as patient signalling systems. Deliveries under the framework agreement will be regulated through SSA-R as the general contract, with the accompanying call-off agreements based on relevant SSA standards. Canteen and cleaning services for Folketrygdfondet
Folketrygdfondet would like to enter into a contract with a service provider for cleaning and canteen services at our office in Oslo. Due to practical reasons and efficiency considerations, we want to deal with only one supplier who can provide both cleaning and canteen services. More information on the procurement ́s purpose and scope is included in point 5.1. The current contract will run until 31.01.27. The contract will be initiated from 01.02.2027. The contract will run until 31.12.2028, with an option for two one-year extensions. Folketrygdfondet shall have the option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for one year + one year, so that the total possible length of the contract is 3 years and 11 months. Any contract extension must be taken up at least two months before the contract expires.

Microsoft license manager (LSP)
The Norwegian Environment Agency shall enter into a framework agreement with é n provider who can see to the organisation ́s total need for the procurement, administration and administration of Microsoft licences and subscriptions. The objective of the procurement is to ensure cost effective, flexible and future orientated access to software, cloud services, licence management and accompanying consulting services. The framework agreement shall cover the delivery and management of Microsoft's licence and contract programs, including the Enterprise Agreement (EA), the Cloud Solution Program (CSP), Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE) and any subsequent or equivalent forms of agreement. The agreement shall also provide access to the purchase of standard software licences (off the shelf) from Microsoft and other relevant software suppliers. The contract ́s value is estimated to NOK 55 million. The maximum value of the agreement is NOK 65 million. Contracting Authorities The Norwegian Environment Agency, the Arts Data Bank, the Norwegian Cultural Memorial Fund, the Norwegian Polar Institute and the Directorate of Cultural Heritage are all contracting authorities for this contract. The Norwegian Environment Agency is responsible for implementing the tender competition and following up the contract and is the contract owner and will act on behalf of the other agencies in following up the contract.
