The agreement is considered to work well, and both options in the agreement have therefore been triggered. Today's agreement thus expires after 14 September 2027. On the basis of this, a new joint government agreement for AV equipment is being procured. The joint agreement shall cover products that naturally fall under the category of audiovisual equipment, as well as software and services associated with these products. The acquisition shall include meeting room equipment, video conference equipment, screens, projectors, cameras, document cameras, microphones, speakers, sound systems, room booking panels, as well as relevant accessories for these products. The acquisition must also cover associated software. Assembly, installation, cabling, configuration, preparation, planning and moving of equipment purchased under the agreement is proposed to be priced as separate service items. The acquisition shall also include an option to purchase centralized services, consultancy, planning of locations, setting up control panels, licensing, service and support and maintenance agreements.
