The subject of the order is the delivery to the Ordering Party of universal jackets, softshell sweatshirts, field uniforms, universal trousers, hereinafter also referred to as the "subject of the order", divided into 3 (three) tasks (parts), therefore the Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following: 1) Task No. 1 - universal jackets; 2) Task no. 2 - softshell sweatshirts; 3)Task no. 3 - field uniforms, universal trousers. 2. The assortment, number and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are indicated in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. REVERSE PROCEDURE! EAT ONLY FROM THE PROVIDER OF THE OFFER TOP RATED! Pursuant to Art. 139 section 2 of the Act, before selecting the most advantageous offer, the Ordering Party will call on the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest to submit, within the specified deadline, a declaration that he was not subject to exclusion and met conditions of participation in the procedure as of the date of submission of the offer. 1.
