The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Supply and Installation Services for Solar PV power (Roof - mounting) for LAC ASSAL emergency shelter for migrants, under the program of transnational organized crime. The installation of this solar PV plant aims to establish a 11.25 kWp solar power generation system at the station. The primary objective of this project is to provide a sustainable and reliable power solution for the Lac Assal Emergency Shelter through the supply and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.Project scope and Expected outcomes: •Procuring and supplying all necessary equipment, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, and associated accessories. •To ensure quality products are delivered •Installation of solar PV systems and standalone solar flood lights in strategic locations within the station. •Testing and commissioning of the installed solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality. • Providing training to staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the solar PV backup systems. • Submission of comprehensive documentation, including entire plant manuals, inverters, batteries, warranty information, and as-built drawings.
