The project aims to effectively and sustainably remediate the site and enhance it. To do this, it provides: - the creation of a rainwater and wastewater collection network across the entire site. - the restoration of the west facade of the chapter house, in order to replace the cement joints with lime joints, - the partial repair of various roof elements (gutters, roofing) and the installation of covers on the walls and certain supports of bays and facade moldings, - the repair of the floor and walls of the chapter room and the parlor, as well as the enhancement of the old soil found during the archaeological diagnosis, - the repair of the stained glass windows of the porch floor. This work constitutes phase 1 of an overall project which will subsequently be followed by two additional phases. The estimated start date for services is set for the 1st quarter of 2027
