The ultimate goal of this project is to create a purpose-built, ISO-compliant archiving center for physical and electronic archives maintained by the UN in Geneva. This installation must include at least least 21 linear kilometers of storage space (4000-6000 m²), 600 m² for storage of other types of collections, including the UN Geneva art collection and 300 m² of technical spaces, such as scanning and conservation, a digital preservation center and an unloading dock.
