The former administration building of the Nordsee GmbH in the Klussmannstrasse 3 is to be renovated and rebuilt for a subsequent usebe built. The object was built in parts as early as 1865 as a storage shed and extended in the 1930s to an administrative and storage building. At the end of World War II, the northern basement area was converted into an air raid shelter. In the late 1940s, the object was repaired again and later rebuilt and modernized several times.
Essentially it isin the course of construction measures, on and in the building in order to bring it into a rentable state. It will u. a. a gutting of the existing building in the floors for a flexible use of the units, a removal of moisture damage and a fundamental energy renovation made. As part of the gutting especially the schadsexpanded components and clothing removed and disposed of properly. With the energetic renovation of the building, the maximum values of the heat transfer coefficients of Annex 1 of the Bremen Guideline "Energetic requirements for the new construction and renovation of public buildings of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen (Land and Municipality) (EnRiL)" are implemented.
It is intendedto set up about 148 office workplaces in the building at about 5 000 m NRF, plus meeting, storage and function rooms.
