The subject of the tender are planning services in the performance areas - 55 HOAI Anlagengruppen 1,2 and 3 for the new building of a clinical hearing room.

The construction site for the new building dIt has 300 seats on the grounds of UK Magdeburg A. oe. R., west of the house 8. The favored piece of land is not developed and covers approx. 1 083 m. It is encompassed by access roads or paths. Because of the ability of the Medical Faculty to present patients during the lecture, a link must be made between theHoersaal and an existing building will be realized, which ensures the weather-independent and safe bed transport.
For the new building of the Hoersaal, a project is to be realized that has already been implemented on the grounds of the main Otto-von-Guericke University in 2014. The existing design must be supplemented by a bed access. during lAdjustments to local conditions and extended functionality are required. In the new building is the only use a listening room for a maximum of 300 people as well as all necessary for a perfect H-rsaalbetrieb functions including foyer (technical rooms, preparation rooms, control room and sanitary facilities) housed. Areas for the supply and disposal of Gebaeudes are shown in secondary rooms. The functioning of the building is designed so that it is possible to operate independently of other facilities of the Medical Faculty and the University Hospital.
The function of the auditorium is the ascending construction of the floor in this room. The result is an approximately 10 m high building, which gesc in the area of Hoersaaleshockig and partially formed in neighboring areas two-storey. Partially the building is built up to a depth of approx. 3 m below the surface of the grounds. In the basement are technical and Lagerflaechen. With the construction of a new auditorium building on the campus of the UKMD, there is a trend-setting interactive concept in terms of data communication and media technologyIt is necessary for the technical and medical facility of the next years to meet the requirements of a modern teaching and event organization.
The building drainage is to be connected to the main drainage system and is done as drainage in the separation system as gravity drainage. The Daecher over the Hoersaal and the foyer are as extensiv begruentes flat roof formed with Innenentwaesserung. Dirt and rainwater pipes are to be drained via separate piping systems. It is still planning a drinking water system, the supply is from the drinking water network of the property. The planning of gas and Feuerloeschanlagen is not required (hand-held fire extinguisher planned)
The heat supply is overthe connection to the heat system of the property, in the course of the planning it is to be checked whether the available capacities are adequate. Sub-distributions with necessary heating circuits are planned (indirect connection by means of a transfer heater). As a basis of the parameters for the room air technology is to be assumed by mechanical ventilation and deflation. For the HoeA partial air conditioning system is to be taken into account. In the course of the planning, the possibility of adiabatic cooling for this area should be examined. To dissipate internal heat loads, additional recirculation cooling is assumed. As a matter of principle, it must be examined whether the cooling of the air conditioning system is required, if necessary, this should be planned. Overall, the project is investingcosts of approx. EUR 1.50 million gross (KG 400 DIN 276). Of this amount, approx. EUR 0.595 million gross is attributable to the cost groups 410, 420, 430 of DIN 276. This budget framework is the upper cost limit on which the planning services in the contract to be commissioned (- 55 HOAI) are to be aligned for the named asset groups The documents for the HU-Bau are for examination on30.8.2019 to the AG. Submitted entry request documents will not be returned. Costs for the preparation of participation application documents will not be reimbursed.
The negotiation talks are expected to take place on 7.5.2019. An order is planned for the 21. KW 2019. All invited bidders must compulsory before the negotiationson-site visit (prerequisite for participation in the negotiation). This is expected to take place on 15.4.2019
