This announcement is a request for information related to market mapping. This is not a request for tender or a procurement notice. Kela is preparing procurements in which a service provider or service providers are sought to take care of the taxi journeys reimbursed by Kela throughout the country, except for Aland. Acquisitions are implemented as user license agreements by tendering area. The purpose of this request for information is to survey the views of potential service providers regarding the organization of the service to be procured and the execution of the tender. In the tender service, the request for information is accompanied by a draft request for tender and some attachments to the final request for tender, such as the draft contract, draft service description and draft project plan. With the draft request for tenders and preliminary drafts, Kela aims to give bidders an overall picture of the future procurement. The content of the tender request and attachments may still change to the final tender request. The questions of the request for information can be found on the Other Terms tab of the Tender Service. We ask for answers to the questions and also comment on the material in general, as well as point out issues that you think still need clarification. The information provided does not bind the respondent, nor responding to the request for information is a prerequisite for later participation in the actual tender and does not affect the bidders position in the future tender.
