1. Purpose of the evaluation The Joint Multi-Annual Resilience Program (MYRP) is the subject of this evaluation. This program funded by Education Cannot Wait (ECW) aims to improve access to equitable, inclusive and quality education for boys and girls of school age (including those from internally displaced populations, returnees, refugees and children living with disabilities), by offering an integrated and holistic package of services in the areas of education, WASH, protection, mental health and psychosocial support, gender, nutrition and agriculture. The MYRP program builds on the 2030 Agenda, particularly SDGs 4 and 5, as well as Articles 28 and 29 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), Agenda 2063 of the African Union, the National Development Plan as well as the Education Sector Plan (ESP) in the Central African Republic.
