Svendborg Municipality wants offers for the following services: Preparatory course to bring young people between the ages of 18 and 29, with complex challenges beyond unemployment, to get closer to being able to start education or employment. Challenges in addition to unemployment can be a psychiatric diagnosis or that the young person is being investigated for this. The tender is carried out in accordance with Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015 (the Tender Act) section III public procurement of social and other specific services above the threshold value, with the amendments resulting from Act No. 204 of 5 March 2019, Act No. 1251 of 30 November 2019 and § 1 of Act No. 884 of 21 June 2022. Framework agreement regarding the supply of wireless data loggers and sensors for registration and collection of environmental measurements
For the customer's monitoring of the Danish water environment, a framework agreement is offered regarding the supply of wireless data loggers with stable water level, temperature and oxygen sensors. The purpose of the purchase is to measure water level, water temperature and oxygen content at 35 selected watercourse stations in Denmark as part of the National Monitoring Program for Water Environment and Naur (NOVANA). NOVANA's measurement program is determined by the customer's Professional Coordination Group (FKG), which also determines the requirements for the measurements, their precision, frequency, etc. The delivery must consist of a complete functional set containing data loggers, water level sensor and oxygen sensor/temperature. The wireless data loggers covered by this agreement must be installed and operated by the customer's local employees throughout the country. Measured data must be delivered directly to the joint public infrastructure for environmental data under Denmark's Environmental Portal (DMP), from which the customer can forward data to various specialist databases, such as VanDa.
