Due to limited on Island processing capabilities, the Authority seeks to identify and engage suitably qualified and experienced commercial operators capable of accepting specified material streams and delivering compliant recycling processing services.
The Government of Jersey is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to deliver the Haut du Mont Memorial Gardens, a permanent public memorial garden in St Helier.
The project will create a dignified, inclusive and accessible garden space to honour the lives lost in the Haut du Mont tragedy. Works will include earthworks, retaining structures, drainage, high-quality hard landscaping, granite memorial features, seating, planting and other soft landscaping, all designed to sit sensitively within the surrounding residential area.
The memorial gardens will be constructed to a high standard using durable and sustainable materials and will provide a place for reflection and remembrance for the local community and visitors to the Island.
The scope of this procurement is to provide on island Prosthetic, Orthotic and Moulded Seating Services and associated Devices as advertised by the Government of Jersey with reference GOJ/2026/2871
