Diving services for projects on Helgeland 2026 In the period spring and summer 2026, the Swedish Coastal Agency RFS will start with two marking projects in the area of Brønnøysund - Alstadhaugfjorden. In connection with this, there is a need for diving services. Tasks: Establishment of dyalber. Drilling under water using the Swedish Coastal Administration's drilling rig. Assistance by steering into place iron bars Ø 140mm and casing pipe Ø244mm. Establish cross braces between the legs of the diving board. There may also be a need for diver assistance with other operations during implementation of the projects. Project 14952 Brønnøysund Nord: Three diving valleys. Two of those in relatively deep water. Project 14954 Stretch-wise measures Alstadhaugfjorden two dyke valleys. The work will require several attendances. The pricing will be two-part a price for attendance and an hourly price for diving work on site. It is assumed that the diving team disposes of its own vessel and diving equipment. Due to the risks associated with the construction of diving platforms, it is required that providers must have experience from work related to setting up diving platforms.

Extension of the existing Disaster Notification The project includes delivery for the expansion of an IP-based disaster warning system at Bodin high school. The system has been delivered by VCOM and is to be expanded by approx. 140 speakers for classrooms, in offices and teacher-workroom. The facility must be designed, installed and documented in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The general contractor must include all rigging and operating expenses that are necessary for a complete completion of the assignment, regardless of this the description. Any additions must be made in the offer. The general contractor is responsible for ensuring that necessary rigging and operating facilities for own work and all subcontractors are priced and included. In fbm. rigging and operation it is emphasized that the school will be in operation throughout the construction period. To the extent that common areas are used for reviewing personnel or material/waste etc. TE must ensure impeccable cleanliness throughout the construction period. TE is required to provide negative pressure systems in demolition areas and production areas. The requirement specification has been drawn up based on Nordland County Municipality's standard requirement specification for turnkey contracts, requirement specification D640. The foundation is adapted to this project.

Evaluation of the means of action prioritized art The priority species provision in the Natural Diversity Act (nml) is the strongest instrument in the management of species. By 2025, there are 14 prioritized species. The Norwegian Environment Agency needs to evaluate the accuracy of prioritized species as means of action, and how well it has worked in accordance with § 5 of the Natural Diversity Act (the management target for species), national targets and international obligations. It must be evaluated whether there is a need to change the regulations for priority species, measures, organization or financing to improve goal achievement, as well as the effectiveness of the instrument. The main assignment has an estimated cost frame of NOK 800,000 (ex. VAT) and includes an option for mediation of NOK 100,000 (ex. VAT), i.e. a total of 900,000 kroner (ex. VAT)

2-UDE-2026 Restoration of the organ at Oslo Handelsgymnasium PURPOSE AND SCOPE The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a qualified organ builder for the restoration and rehabilitation of the organ in Oslo Handelsgymnasium's hall. The organ is supplied by J.H. Jørgensen's Organ Factory (Oslo) in 1948, and has two manuals and a pedal. The organ is a time- and place-specific instrument, closely linked to the building's architecture and use. The client wishes to ensure that the instrument is returned to a satisfactory technical, musical and operational condition, so that it can again be used in a stable and appropriate way for teaching, concerts and other events in the auditorium. The music desk is placed in a niche in the auditorium on the 1st floor, while the organ itself is placed in swelling house on the third gallery (4th floor). The transmission between the music desk and the organ is electric, and the pipework is mounted on electropneumatic wind chargers. The instrument is built with a layout that includes both independent registers and unit/transmission solutions, where the same pipe work is used across voices and works. Scope and overall needs The client is aware that over time the organ has suffered a significant backlog when it comes to maintenance. Recurring errors have been reported and defects that affect ease of use and operational safety, including irregular functioning of tones and registers as well as technical weaknesses in wind and control systems.
