Outdoor area Halbrend school - Total contract The acquisition concerns the upgrading and development of parts of the outdoor area at Halbrend school in Sunnfjord municipality, with the main emphasis on area for after-school and early childhood education (1st-3rd stages). The solution must be varied and coherent outdoor area that facilitates both physical activity, social play and a quiet living area, adapted to the target group.

Acquisition of a tensile testing machine for Fagskulen Vestland This acquisition is part of the Business Lab project, where Fagskulen Vestland will make two purchases of updated equipment for use in teaching. This acquisition concerns the purchase of a complete, ready-to-operate tensile testing machine. For the assignment, an agreement must be entered into with a supplier. The value of the acquisition is estimated at NOK 1.6 million ex VAT. A more detailed description of the delivery follows from Appendix A - Requirements specification.

Replacement of windows and external doors Kjerjaneset The project includes the full replacement of existing windows and external doors at the Kjerjaneset housing and service center.

Stage, sound and light for the Hellbillies concert at Eidsvoll rural area Background Eidsvoll municipality and the Museums in Akershus organize Bydetundagen and a concert with the Hellbillies and two warm-up bands on 15 August at Eidsvoll bygdetun. The event includes a family programme from 12:00 to 16:00 and concert program from 18:00, with Hellbillies as the closing main artist. To carry out this event, there is a need for professional stage, sound and light production adapted to an outdoor arena. The need is linked to a new one arrangement where Bydetundagen will be combined with a larger concert production. The concert area is planned in the parking lot at Eidsvoll urban area, which is a flat area surrounded by slopes that give a partial amphitheater feeling. The area will be able to accommodate team 3,000 to 4,000 people, and the client estimates up to 3,000 audience members. Hellbillies set technical requirements through the artist's rider, and the delivery must therefore fully meet these requirements. The client does not dispose of its own stage and sound equipment this type of production and therefore needs an external supplier who can deliver a complete technical solution. Description of needs There is a need for a supplier who can deliver complete technical production for the event, including mobile stage, sound, lighting, transport, staffing, technical operations and necessary preparedness. Cobot for welding The Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at NTNU is looking to procure a new welding cobot as well as upgrade/exchange their existing welding machine to be used in their laboratories for research and educational purposes.

Turnkey contractor - Rebuilding Tromsø emergency room The project concerns the expansion and remodeling of the existing emergency room, with an associated new garage. Today's emergency room in Tromsø is approx. 400 square meters, and primarily contains clinical areas. This part of the emergency room must be rebuilt, but still contain only clinical areas. In addition, the existing adjacent administrative premises are to be rebuilt and connected to the ambulance service. In total, approx. 800 square meters, which will form a new emergency room.

Ripple effect analysis - data center In June 2025, the government put forward a new data center strategy, one of the main objectives of which is that Norway should be attractive to those data center establishments that contribute to overall value creation, increased security and safeguarding of Norwegian interests. In light of the fact that the industry is growing at a rapid pace, data centers have become a current topic in the public debate. To safeguard the work with predictable and appropriate framework conditions for the industry, including further developing the industry in a way that supports under the government's goals for data center policy, the Ministry of Digitization and Public Administration wants a separate updated knowledge base on the data center industry and the ripple effects from the industry. The aim of the ripple effect analysis is for it to create a knowledge base which can be a starting point for the authorities in assessing the societal benefit of various data center establishments. The assignment must be delivered in the form of a main report with analyzes and assessments, and tabular material documenting key calculations and comparisons. The main report must be delivered on 30 September 2026. Estimated value for the acquisition is up to NOK 1,150,000 excl.
