UNICEF Togo is seeking qualified construction contractors for the construction of six (6) two-class kindergartens with integrated dormitory, storage-office, and sanitary facilities in the Kara, Savanes, and Maritime regions of Togo. The project aims to improve early childhood education infrastructure by providing safe, accessible, and child-friendly learning environments. Each kindergarten will include two classrooms, a dormitory, a combined office-storage room, integrated toilets, a terrace, and a perimeter fence. The scope includes full civil construction, installation of sanitation systems, and site development including planting and maintenance of approximately twenty trees per site.
