Islington has a high level of people experiencing multiple disadvantage, typically defined as experiencing two or more of: homelessness, substance misuse, mental ill-health, domestic abuse and offending. It is ranked the 6th most deprived borough in London and whilst rough sleeping numbers are lower than other central London boroughs, those who are rough sleeping often have multiple and complex support needs, which is continuing to drive the long-term rough sleeping numbers. The council intends to procure a street based assertive outreach service to engage and support individuals rough sleeping in Islington, to support them into accommodation and away from the streets.
Suppliers interested in this opportunity are invited to attend a virtual information and engagement session to be held on Microsoft Teams on Thursday 11 June 2026 at 3.30pm - 4.30pm.
Once you express an interest in this event, you will receive an email with further details.

This will be a collaborative approach with network members, the provider, and Senior Leads from the Council and partner agencies to jointly work on the Bury Ageing Well agenda (including Bury-s Health and Adult Care Ageing Well Strategy 2025 - 2030).
Luton Borough Council is looking to engage suitably qualified, experienced and professional organisations to undertake some soft market testing for us to scope a potential requirement to help us better understand the current market land scape for the delivery of our stray dog service.
At this stage the council is not seeking to procure a new contract but is engaging with the market to explore potential delivery models, innovations, and supplier capabilities.
We Welcome all interested parties to share their insights and help shape the future of this strategic statutory service.
Please note this is a fact-finding process to help us understand the current market conditions, what innovation, if any, is underway and what risks/issues are suppliers currently experiencing. This will help us develop our tendering

Cheshire East Council is conducting a soft market testing survey to inform the future design of our all-age hearing impairment support service commission to support people with a hearing impairment (d/Deaf) and dual sensory loss (deafblind). Note: for people with a severe dual sensory loss (deafblind), it is expected that the provider would provide the hearing related support element. The soft market testing will provide an opportunity to obtain insight from providers who may be interested in providing a hearing impairment support service in Cheshire East. The closing date for this survey is 26th June 2026.
