I. Subject matter of the proceedings: 1. Description of the order item: AdBlue aqueous urea solution, DIN 70070/ISO 222 standard, 41-1" package, 18 liters - 378 liters. AdBlue is a non-toxic and non-flammable 32.5% aqueous solution of urea, trade name AdBlue (NOXy). The solution should be delivered in package 18L each and meet the DIN 70070/ISO 222 41-1"2 standard. The above-mentioned assortment must meet the following requirements: be new and free from defects, original, not encumbered with the rights of third parties.3. Accompanying documentation: marking on the product - manufacturer's name, type product/catalog number, CE mark if required in the EU, material safety data sheet required with delivery.4. Required product shelf life: min. 12 months from the date of delivery.5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver Goods free from substances whose composition, according to the current classification in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of 16 December 2008 on the classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC and amending Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (OJ EU L. of 2008, No. 353, p. 1, as amended), indicates carcinogenic (category 1A or 1B), mutagenic (category 1A or 1B) or reprotoxic (category 1A or 1B) effects.6.
