Pursuant to Article L. 2122-1-4 of the General Code of Property of Public Persons, the Port Company Brest Bretagne, concession holder of the port of Brest, is launching a competitive call for expressions of interest for land with an area of 'about 11,000 square meters, on which exlist of temporary storage, transit and treatment facilities for hazardous waste (hydrocarbons). The Societe Portuaire Brest Bretagne plans to grant an authorization agreement for the temporary occupation of the public maritime domain, constituting real rights, for a period ofuf (9) years minimum, to be adapted according to the amount of the investments
