Tenders are invited for the construction of a gatehouse building located at the new Nambour Landfill Expansion Site.This is a Lump Sum Contract with the scope of works including, but not limited to:• New gatehouse building as per design documentation (Council will accept either in-situ construction, or prefabricated construction);• Service location/protection and connections. The services of power, water, communications/data, sewer will be provided by Council in a central location in the centre of the building footprint; • Erosion and sediment control;• As Constructed Drawings;• QA documentation; and• Warranties documentation The concrete footing works will be completed by Council.The successful Contractor will be required to provide all materials, plant and labour, and to perform all necessary operations of whatever kind, to ensure the completion of the works associated with this Contract.It is anticipated this contract will commence late November 2024, with Respondents to propose their earliest completion date.An information session will be held at the site on 10 October 2024 at 11.00am to allow Respondents to familiarise themselves with the site and project requirements.
