INVITATION TO BID

1. The Provincial Government of Aklan, through 20% NTA Development Fund CY 2024 - Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3,000,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building/ Evacuation Center, Batuan, Ibajay Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 667 Series 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
