INVITATION TO BID

1. The Provincial Government of Aklan, through SEF Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,500,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Stage at Bulwang Elementary School, Bulwang, Numancia Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 781 Series 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
