For this purpose, SBB publishes 2 tenders. The tenders are carried out separately. All providers can bid on both tenders. Resources cannot be shared across both calls. Both power sections are described in this document.

Instructions on legal remedies: According to Art. 30 BoeB, a complaint can be made in writing to the Federal Administration within 20 days of the openingappeals court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen. The complaint must be submitted in duplicate and must include the request, the reasoning with the evidence and the signature of the applicant or his representative. A copy of this publication and existing evidence must be enclosed.
Closing date / comments: Due to the low complexAs of this order, the offer period has been shortened to 20 days. The offer must be submitted no later than 20.2.2020 (date of postmark) by registered mail to the above address. To ensure timeliness, the offers must be electronically on a USB stick in a sealed envelope with the Absehanded over to the post office (no fax, no e-mail).
