This tender concerns two contracts for the maintenance and replacement of safety installationsincluding manager duties (lot 1) and for the maintenance and replacement of security installations (lot 2), both including additional installations and related services for the Locations of Stichting Carmelcollege spread across the Netherlands.
Main Site: Various locations throughout the Netherlands.
Stichting Carmelcollege connects secondary education schools spread over more than 50 locathroughout the Netherlands. The size of the installations per location in accordance with the current installed installed base overview, which is enclosed with the tender documents. See the tender documents. No current installed base is known for related and supplementary installations. This must be recorded by the contractor during recording (baseline measurement). The estimated maximum value includedoptions amounts to a maximum of EUR 6,000,000 for Lot 1.
An information meeting is being organized. This will take place on Wednesday 27.11.2019 from 10:00 AM CET at the Postillion Hotel Deventer on Deventerweg 121, 7418 DA in Deventer. Every entrepreneur has the right to attend this information meeting with a maximum of 3 people.
Registration for the information meeting is possible untilno later than 26.11.2019, 12:00 a.m. CET via a message on TenderNed entitled "registration information meeting and stating the names and functions of the persons present. The Carmelcollege Foundation explains the assignment in more detail during the information meeting. No specific questions from entrepreneurs are answered. The entrepreneurs must do the written question (s) round for thisbenefits. Questions must be asked via the TenderNed messaging module
