At the time of rehabilitation, the apartments are vacant, mostly with furniture remaining in the apartments (1-room apartments completely empty), while the other apartments are on the floors.
The following information is provided by the contracting authority Bieterbogen including attachments to make:
1) Self-declaration on the proper fulfillment of the Vobligation to pay taxes (Art. 1); self-declaration on the proper registration and discharge of the obligation to pay statutory contributions to the health insurer (s) (Annex 2); proper registration and fulfillment of the obligation to pay statutory contributions to der Professional insurance association (Bietbogen Appendix 3).
If, instead of statements of self-declaration, safety certificates are submitted by the competent authorities and no period of validity is specified, the certificates must not be older than one year on the closing date for the receipt of tenders.

Foreign bidders must provide equivalent certificates from their country of origin and attach a certificate from the competent insurance institution as Appendix 10 to the bidding form The client prefers, before surchargenotification of the submission of a declaration by the tenderer / members of the grouping to which his bid is to be awarded, and to include them in the award decision.
