Framework agreement for the provision of flexible mobile communications solutions (SIM/eSIM) The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of flexible mobile communications solutions for the benefit of the German Society for international cooperation (giz) GmbH. The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of mobile phone contracts for the use of voice and data services for business purposes. The service includes the provision of SIM cards/eSIM Network provision, tariff structure, contract and billing management as well as accompanying services. The delivery of end devices (mobile phones, smartphones or other hardware) is expressly not the subject of this tender. The usage takes place with the client's existing or separately purchased end devices.
