Description: 1. A replacement of the procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for the choice of intermediaries in acquiring and delivering all types of licenses, license and subscription updates on Cisco manufacturer software indicated in the manufacturer's price list, as part of the product category indicated in Annex 1a to the SWZ or Software Equivalent, together with technical support and provision of support services to an expert manufacturer and consultative support for the manufacturer's supplied.
2. The Framework Agreement shall specify all the conditions for the implementation of deliveries and conditions for the selection of contractors who shall complete the deliveries for entities, from the contractors who are a party to the framework contract.
