1) The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC), through the Regular Fund (NEP) under CAF No. 2025-498 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php20,397,150.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Nursing - Operating Room (OR) Supplies from January to December 2026 (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Dr. PJGMRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Intravenous/ Pharma Supplies from January to December 2026 (Early Procurement Activity) using the Single or Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (S/LCRB).
