INVITATION TO BID FOR

INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL FOUR (4) UNITS INDUSTRIAL FAN AT THE MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND (SPECIAL PURPOSE APPROPRIATION) intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL FOUR (4) UNITS INDUSTRIAL FAN AT THE MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM (GOODS 2410-070). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within 30 CDs from receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
