INVITATION TO BID

1. The Provincial Government of Aklan, through Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2024 20% NTA Development Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Repair and Improvement of Libacao Municipal Infirmary, Poblacion, Libacao Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 782 Series 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
