Subject of procurement: Procurement for 2024 to be announced in 2023. In the event that the document or information, the provision of which is predcovered by this tender documentation, written in a language other than that stipulated in the terms of this tender documentation, the document in the original language with a mandatory translation into Ukrainian is provided as part of the tender offer. If the bidder is a non-resident of Ukraine, he can submit his tender applicationopposition in another language with a mandatory translation into Ukrainian. The translation (or the authenticity of the translator's signature) must be notarized or legalized in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine. Texts must be authentic, the text written in Ukrainian is decisive.If the content of the tender proposal contains a trademark, generally accepted international terms, e-mail addresses, etc., which cannot be translated from a foreign language and/or for the purpose of preserving their identification, it is allowed to indicate them without translation.
