Expert Network for Analytical Support in Social Policies
The European Commission intends to launch a call for tender for the establishment and operation of a network of independent social policy experts supporting the Commission-s work in the fields of social protection and social inclusion. The future contract will aim to provide high-quality analytical support on social protection and social inclusion policies and developments at both national and European levels, succeeding the current expert network operating until 2026. The network will support the Commission in the preparation, development, implementation and monitoring of EU social policy initiatives, including activities related to the European Semester. The services to be requested are expected to include, among others: analytical and comparative reporting on national social policy developments; expert assessments and thematic analysis in the areas of social protection and social inclusion; support for policy monitoring and evidence gathering at EU level; rapid-response analytical support on emerging policy issues; and secretarial and coordination services for the MISSOC (Mutual Information System on Social Protection) network.

Publications on EU Policy Initiatives and Methodological Assistance on Indicators
The subject of this call for tenders is “Publications on EU Policy Initiatives and Methodological Assistance on Indicators”. The main objective of this contract is to purchase services in the fields of statistical data analysis and maintenance, methodological assistance, as well as drafting and editing of statistical publications. The contractor is expected to deliver the following products and any future follow-up or complementary publications in the framework of the contract: 1.Annual monitoring report on the progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in an EU context and related publications such as „Key messages”, Statistics Explained articles, country assessments and (interactive) visualisations; 2.Publications to support key EU policy initiatives, including (interactive) visualisations. Eurostat has been publishing the annual EU SDG monitoring report since 2017. Related communication material and diverse publications supporting key EU policy initiatives have also been published under past contracts. A continuation of the series of publications is expected of the contractor, with necessary updates and modernisations.

European Health Data Space IT systems development, operations and support
In this call the European Health Data Space IT systems shall be understood as: 1.HealthData@EU Central Platform and HealthData@EU Infrastructure. 2.Health Data IT Portal. 3.European Database of registered European Health Record systems and wellness applications. 4. European Digital Testing Environment. The above systems development, operations and maintenance are required by European Health Data Space Regulation. All the systems are already developed and deployed to at least acceptance environment, which is publicly available for the stakeholders testing. The work carried out through this call for tenders is expected to support DG SANTE IT Teams responsible of each project, by: 1.Maintaining and evolving business requirements, architecture model, and technical specifications - Task 2 2.Systems development and operations - Task 3 3.Cybersecurity - Task 4 4.Designing and providing systems support - Task 5 5.Ensuring a proper handover - Task 6 As a horizontal objective, the contractor shall ensure a sound project management - Task 1.

ENEST regional communication programme (2027-2031)
The European Union's engagement with partner countries has gained renewed strategic importance in response to the evolving geopolitical environment and the renewed momentum of the enlargement process. The programme covers partner countries at different stages of their relationship with the European Union, requiring communication approaches that reflect their respective political contexts, policy priorities and communication needs. Communication challenges differ by the fact that public awareness of the European Union's support remains uneven across the region. While the European Union is the largest donor, investor and trading partner for most partner countries, public understanding of the scale and impact of EU support, as well as of the accession process itself, remains limited. Recent perception surveys carried out under the regional communication programmes show that many citizens are insufficiently informed about the European Union's policies, financial assistance and priorities. Against this background, strategic communication has become an integral part of the European Union's engagement with partner countries. Previous regional communication programmes have successfully increased the visibility of the European Union, developed valuable communication tools and established networks of partners and multipliers across the region. Supply and Maintenance of a GC-MS/MS-QQQ
The present tender concerns the acquisition of a Gas Chromatography system coupled to a Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS/MS-QQQ), including a full-risk maintenance contract. The instrument will provide a versatile analytical platform supporting a broad range of applications throughout its operational lifetime. Its immediate priority will be the separation, detection and quantification of substances migrating from food contact materials, as well as other contaminants and target compounds in complex matrices at trace concentration levels. The GC-MS/MS-QQQ system constitutes a critical asset for the unit-s ongoing activities and projects and will replace an existing GC-MS/MS system that no longer fulfils current operational requirements.

The overall purpose of the present call for tenders is to provide for the necessary support for the activities of the Fire Information Exchange Platform (FIEP). This comprises of planning, preparation, implementation and reporting of FIEP meetings, both online and physical. It also covers support for preparation, coordination, drafting and finalisation of technical reports and other technical documents produced in the area of FIEP activities. These “ad-hoc” technical reports and documents are to be based on the input from the FIEP members, other potential experts and the expertise and knowledge of the contractor in the respective areas.
