The main objective of this procedure is to conclude a framework contract with professional company capable of providing services related to event organisation, such as development of event visual/technical/logistical concept; booking and arranging event venue, accommodation and catering services; organising travel for participants; providing technical equipment and support during the event, online conference/meeting IT solutions and web-streaming; handling registration; production of environment friendly meeting materials, and promotional items; organising interpretation services and other related services. The FWC will cover these services for the period of 2026-2029.

EIGE seeks to strengthen its engagement with media at the EU and national levels as well as continue to create impact on social media guided by rich and qualitative monitoring insights. EIGE currently leverages evidence to enhance communication efforts. This involves regularly monitoring media and social media performance to identify topics of interest, successful content, and areas for improvement. EIGE expands its listening capabilities through ad hoc media and social media monitoring reports on specific topics and explores key themes and narratives in line with ongoing and evolving thematic priorities such as gender-based violence, unpaid care and gender stereotypes. With the support of regular media and social media monitoring including quantitative and qualitative insights, paired with strategic recommendations to strengthen EIGE-s external position as a go-to source for gender equality information, EIGE-s communication methods continue to evolve and adapt to maintain relevance and impact in a rapidly changing and increasingly digital world.

The main objective of this procedure is to analyse parental leave policy designs in EU Member States specifically focusing on eligibility for leave, their synergies with ECEC services and measures promoting men-s engagement in informal care. The thematic focus of the Gender Equality Index 2026 will analyse the design of parental leave policies across EU Member States as a key component of successful and gender equal work- life balance. More specifically, it will focus on parental leave eligibility criteria, the synergies (or gaps) between parental leave policies and early childhood education and care system, and policy measures designed to encourage greater uptake of parental leave among men.

The main objective of this procedure is to conclude a framework contract with professional company capable of providing services related to the quality assurance and technical advice regarding Gender Statistics Database of the European Union Institute for Gender Equality (hereinafter referred to as ‘EIGE-) to ensure consistency with EU quality standards. Expected task under this Framework contract are: - Concise, written technical reports on tasks related to providing quality assurance services and technical revision to EIGE-s gender statistics; - Provision of quality assurance and technical revision of EIGE-s statistical products in relation to EIGE-s knowledge-based statistical materials; - Provision of technical support by participating in events such as online meetings and/or experts discussions.

The purpose of this project is to develop a harmonised set of indicators for classifying and measuring the availability and use of support services in the EU-27, thereby contributing to the standardisation of administrative data collection; it will also support the implementation and monitoring of the relevant provisions in both the Directive and the Istanbul Convention. In addition, the project will assess how various support services operate as part of an integrated support system. It will analyse specific barriers and challenges faced by vulnerable groups of women and children in accessing these services. To this end, the proposed methodology will incorporate an intersectional approach wherever feasible.
