The purpose of this tender is to select a framework contractor for the operation of the DARWIN EUÂź Coordination Centre, which comprises the maintenance and further enlargement of the network of data partners and the execution of non-interventional studies within the network. The framework contractor shall continue the service of the already established DARWIN EUÂź Coordination Centre, maintaining and improving the technological and business infrastructure in place, and engaging an expert team operating and overseeing all activities of the DARWIN EUÂź network of data partners. General comment: The procurement procedure will consist of two steps. To be eligible for Step 2, candidates must submit all required evidenceâincluding documents related to the exclusion criteriaâduring Step 1. As the issuance of such documents can be time consuming in some countries, candidates are advised to request the necessary national certificates as early as possible. These must demonstrate compliance with Article 138.1 of the EU Financial Regulation (e.g. a recent judicial record extract or equivalent document, and recent certificates confirming that all tax and social security obligations are fulfilled). See section 2.1.3 for estimated value (the estimated amount is non-binding and may change).
