Test Vector Generators- (TVG) corrective and evolutive maintenance
The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude a Framework Contract (hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”, “Framework Contract”, or “FWC”) for the maintenance of the Public Regulated Service (PRS) Test Vector Generators (TVG). The TVG is a tool (hardware and software) used to generate PRS Test Vectors for User Segment (US) in order to validate PRS US equipment (e.g. PRS Receivers and PRS Security Modules). So far, three (3) TVG units have been procured by EUSPA: two are currently deployed in Italy and one in France. For the purpose of the Contract to be awarded, ‘maintenance- shall cover both: •corrective maintenance (i.e. resolving defects as raised by EUSPA); and •evolutive maintenance (i.e. implementing updates as driven by the needs of the Galileo Programme).

Administrative support services (unclassified) Security-related administrative support services to all EUSPA sites
The general aim of the contract to be signed as a result of this procurement is to procure provision of security- related classified administrative support services which are to be provided from EUSPA-s Headquarters (Prague/ Czech Republic) and EUSPA's sites (Saint-Germain-en-Laye/Paris/ France, Toulouse/ France, San Martín de la Vega, Spain Torrejón de Ardoz / Spain, Noordwijk / Netherlands). The objective is to establish Framework Contracts in cascade with maximum 2 (two) Contractors that will ensure continuous availability of the services during contract implementation and the existence of a back-up solution. The framework service contracts will be implemented through specific contracts.

Supply and Installation of the Personal Microwave Security Scanners
The scope of the framework contract to be signed as a result of this procurement is the supply and installation of personal microwave security scanners. Security scanners are aimed to be used in a data centre environment and as such should contribute to prevent attacks such as sabotage and data theft.
