In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. Brief Scope of Work 1. ObjectiveVictims and Witnesses Section (VWS) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) intends to procure the services of licensed Arabic speaking psychologists and psychiatrist(s) to provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic treatment to its clients with the goal of improving psychological well-being and functioning due to traumatic stress or other mental health conditions. 2.
