The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) is requesting, as part of this call for tenders, the provision of qualified personnel to provide handling services necessary for the proper functioning of its activities. These services include, but are not limited to: - Internal office moves - Fitting out and refitting conference and meeting rooms - Reorganization of premises as part of work or cleaning - Reception, monitoring and the transportation of goods - The arrangement of cafeterias - The organization of events (receptions, conferences, exhibitions, etc.) The services will be carried out under the coordination of the ITU Logistics department. The ITU informs the bidders that the volume of services cannot be guaranteed. As an indication, the hourly volumes observed are as follows: approximately 1,100 hours in 2022, 1,284 hours in 2023, 1,486 hours in 2024 and 2,432 hours in 2025.
