The objective of this Call for Partnerships is to identify a qualified implementation partner in Ukraine, both national and international, to design, coordinate, and implement a structured small-grant programme supporting artistic and cultural projects based on Jewish documentary heritage in Ukraine:1) Design and implementation of an open call for artistic projects2) Selection and support of 60-120 projects. UNESCO is seeking to engage a NonGovernmental Organization (NGO) or a Research Institute with proven expertise in education and childfocused research in West Africa to conduct a Situational Analysis on talibés and parental attitudes toward Qur-anic centers in GuineaBissau, between June and September 2026. The selected organization will be tasked with undertaking a comprehensive review of policies, legislation, and existing research on Qur-anic education, while simultaneously designing and implementing mixedmethods research that integrates both qualitative and quantitative approaches. This line of inquiry should be coherent, combining interpretative perspectives with empirical evidence. Fieldwork will be carried out in selected regions, including Bissau, Bafatá, Gabú, and Oio, with data collection tools adapted to culturally sensitive contexts. The organization will engage diverse stakeholders through semistructured interviews, focus groups, structured observation of centers, and, where relevant, surveys. The process will culminate in the production of a draft report containing evidencebased, actionable recommendations, followed by the organization of a validation workshop that brings together key stakeholders to review and refine the findings. Demonstrated experience in conducting similar studies in Africa is strongly preferred.

UNESCO Iraq Office invites qualified firms to submit proposals for professional services for the Architectural Survey of Heritage Houses in Erbil Citadel, Iraq (Ref: IRQ-RFP-26-21).The assignment covers five tasks: (1) High-definition 3D laser scan architectural surveys of 14 heritage properties within the Citadel, with production of 3D models, 2D architectural drawings (DWG/PDF), photographic documentation, and damage mapping; (2) Detailed structural and architectural condition assessment of Property 04-07; (3) Preliminary geotechnical and structural assessment of sections of the Citadel perimeter wall; (4) A 5-day capacity-building surveying workshop for UNESCO/HCECR technicians; and (5) Production of a 3-5 minute documentary video on the surveying process.The expected contract duration is 12 weeks (3 months).
