UNESCO Iraq Office invites qualified firms to submit proposals for professional services for the Architectural Survey of Heritage Houses in Erbil Citadel, Iraq (Ref: IRQ-RFP-26-21).The assignment covers five tasks: (1) High-definition 3D laser scan architectural surveys of 14 heritage properties within the Citadel, with production of 3D models, 2D architectural drawings (DWG/PDF), photographic documentation, and damage mapping; (2) Detailed structural and architectural condition assessment of Property 04-07; (3) Preliminary geotechnical and structural assessment of sections of the Citadel perimeter wall; (4) A 5-day capacity-building surveying workshop for UNESCO/HCECR technicians; and (5) Production of a 3-5 minute documentary video on the surveying process.The expected contract duration is 12 weeks (3 months). All prices shall be quoted in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). Proposals must be submitted electronically to baghdad.proc@unesco.org no later than 30 May 2026 at 18:00 Baghdad local time.This solicitation is open to registered business entities (national and international).
