The UNFCCC secretariat is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the following:A qualified vendor to provide a fully managed Multi-Function Printer (MFP) cloud print solution. The objective of this solicitation is to award a UNFCCC framework agreement for this service, which requires a fully cloud-based print management system with no reliance on on-premises servers. This solution encompasses monitoring, managing consumables (e.g., toners), and ensuring security updates for MFP devices, and must support fax, print, scan, and copy functionalities.The required solution shall ensure the secure and efficient operation of MFP devices and shall include, but not be limited to:Continuous monitoring and management of devices.Proactive supply and replacement of consumables (e.g., toner).Regular implementation of security updates.Compliance with ISO 27001, complete print-path encryption, and zero data retention for processed documents on cloud instances or device local hard drives.Seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID AD authentication for UNFCCC users and secure pull-printing functionality where jobs are only executed at the device.Provision of energy-efficient devices (e.g., Energy Star certified) with environmentally friendly disposal at the end of the lease, supported by a local fleet service in Bonn for proactive maintenance.To be eligible to participate in the solicitation exercise, vendors must attach evidence of the following to the EOI:• At least 3 years of experience ...

The UNFCCC secretariat is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the following:Access to Microsoft Azure cloud services through an authorized Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). The objective is to enable efficient procurement and management of Azure consumption and reserved capacity for the UNFCCC secretariat over a period of several years. The intended contract will support an existing operational Azure CSP footprint, with an expected gradual annual reduction, as the footprint of infrastructure hosted in CSP subscriptions is reduced whilst legacy systems are decommissioned, and new systems are deployed in Azure subscriptions under a Microsoft Enterprise agreement.To be eligible to participate in the solicitation exercise, vendors must attach evidence of the following to the EOI:Status as Microsoft-authorized Tier 1 or Tier 2 CSPMinimum 3 years' experience with Azure CSP provisioningDetailed specifications will only be provided as part of the ITB, which will be issued after the closing date of this request for EOI.
