UNICC seeks to engage a vendor capable of delivering eSignature services to multiple United Nations Agencies through a centrally managed multi-tenant architecture. At present, UNICC supports approximately 28 Agencies with eSignature services, of which 10 also utilize Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) envelopes. All signature processes must comply with the United States ESIGN Act and the European Union's eIDAS regulation, including support for both Advanced and Qualified Electronic Signatures.Vendors are expected to demonstrate capabilities in the following areas:• Multi-Tenant Organization Management: A centralized administrative environment enabling the management of individual tenants for each participating organization.
