GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Objective: The objective of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to identify a supplier who can provide UNFPA with the printed materials described in ANNEX 1 - LIST OF REQUIREMENTS. The selected supplier is expected to provide such products on the basis of a specific Purchase Order. Content of the quotesThe quotes must contain: Proposed technical description of the materials to be printed, according to the requirements in ANNEX 1, and the Price Quote, which must consider an Air CIP INCOTERM or DAP. Declaration Form duly signed according to the format of ANNEX 2. The 2 aforementioned documents must be signed by the relevant authority of the bidding company and must be presented in PDF format. Validity of the offer. The offer presented must be valid for at least 30 calendar days.Delivery Period.The delivery period must be a maximum of 60 calendar days after the Purchase Order is approved.
