1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the playground at the Municipal Building in Stalowa Wola at Al. Jana Pawa II 5a as part of the Active Places of Play program.2. The subject of the order includes: reconstruction of the playground with the construction of a new safe surface, assembly elements of small architecture, making plantings, obtaining a document (certificate) from the inspection confirming compliance of the playground and surface with the PN-EN 1176 or 1177 standards (this document must be issued by an independent, specialized, external unit controlling person who was not directly involved in the installation and is not responsible for any repair work and related expenses).3. The task should be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle within the meaning of Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No 2020/852.4. Due to the fact that i the works will be carried out in the Municipal Area, the Contractor will be obliged to carry out the works in a way that ensures safety and does not disrupt the functioning of the facility.5.
