This is a cross community, cross border programme with a focus on improving the understanding of and respect for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. This includes improvements to culturally sensitive service delivery, as well as an increased awareness of services available. The project must engage 106 participants; 70 participants for approximately 34 hours, and 36 participants for approximately 7 hours. The means of delivering this would be through cross community and cross border work.

Local Enterprise Office Carlow-s Mentor Programme is designed to match the knowledge, skills, insights and entrepreneurial capability of experienced business practitioners with entrepreneurs, small business owner/managers who need practical and strategic advice and guidance. The mentor contributes independent, informed observation and advice to aid decision making. Applications are invited from competent persons with relevant experience, expertise and qualifications across two requirements, General Business Mentoring and Support for LEO Grant applicants.
