The entirety of customer management KSS Energia Oy is tendering its overall solution for customer management and invoicing. A service package (Solution) must be provided for use by the procurement unit, including the following functions: • Customer information system As a SaaS implementation (System) • End customer self-service portal (Online) • Invoicing, payment monitoring and collection services (Invoicing) • Customer service functions, support services and information exchange (Customer service) • Related options The reporter will to offer a whole. Partial offers are not accepted. Alternative offers will not be accepted, unless an alternative is explicitly allowed or requested in the request for offers. More detailed information and tender requirements for the entity in question can be found in the tender request from appendix 1, which states the minimum and quality requirements for the services offered. In procurement, the Act on Procurement of Special Sectors (1398/2016) is observed. The method of procedure is an open procedure exceeding the EU threshold.
