This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 12639526Q0102 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the comprehensive third-party review and assessment of the USDA's Center for Veterinary Biologics- (CVB) statutory authorities, regulations, memorandums, notices and other guidance and supporting documents.

The solicitation will be issued 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Bremerton, WA. 98314.
