Early Help is not a service, but the way professionals, communities and families work together across Birmingham. Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a single Provider to deliver person-centred care, support, wellbeing and emergency response services within two Extra Care Housing schemes located at Fitzwilliam Court, Hoyland and Westmeads, Royston. The Service is designed to support people aged 55 and over to maintain their independence, health and wellbeing whilst remaining within their own homes for as long as possible. The Service will operate across both schemes and will support residents through the delivery of planned care and support, wellbeing activities, safeguarding arrangements, risk management and partnership working with housing, health and social care services. The Provider will be expected to work collaboratively with residents, families, carers and partner organisations to ensure the delivery of coordinated, high-quality and outcomes-focused support. The Contract will commence on 1 April 2027 for an initial period of 36 months (3 years), with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months. This tender is for the provision of prevention and early intervention for people who are living with mental ill health. The service objective is to prevent mental health complications escalating into longer-term difficulties, supporting people to be as independent as possible where the overarching aims are to reduce the number of people accessing social care services earlier than necessary, reduce hospital admission, prevent the need for long-term care, enhance independence and self-reliance, promote choice and control, improve people's quality of life, improve financial resilience and support carers/family where appropriate. The Enablement Service delivers short-term targeted, one-to-one support. This is a 12-week programme of support, typically providing a minimum of 5 hours per week, focussed on developing daily living skills, confidence and independence, widened access to include people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries, ensuring services align with the Care Act 2014 prevention and wellbeing duties. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) 2023 using the Competitive Process. Cumberland Council is acting as lead authority on behalf of both Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council to procure a contract for the provision of the Cumbria Substance Use; Treatment Service. The initial contract period is six years. The anticipated start date is 1st October 2027, and the initial period will end on 30th September 2033. Two optional extension periods of up to 24 months each are available. If both extensions are utilised, the contract will end on 30th September 2037. Use of these extensions is entirely at the discretion of the Council and will depend on both the success in achieving the required outcomes and the availability of further funding. Overview South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority intends to undertake a competitive procurement for the provision of a South Yorkshire wide Children Who Use Harm (CWUH) programme, including intervention for child and adolescent to parent or caregiver abuse and other harmful behaviours within a family context. This notice is issued to provide advance visibility of a forthcoming procurement opportunity. Drug and alcohol detoxification is an important part of the wider treatment and recovery system and supports individuals to safely reduce or stop their use of alcohol, illicit drugs and prescribed medications where clinically appropriate. Leicester City Council currently commissions access to specialist inpatient detoxification provision as part of a wider treatment pathway. We are seeking to better understand the current market provision and possible options to develop the service. As part of this review, we are particularly interested in understanding the benefits, limitations, and suitability of medically monitored detoxification and community-based treatment models. As part of the commissioning process, the council is undertaking a Soft Market Test. University Hospitals of Northamptonshire ("UHN") wishes to commission full consultant led ENT services to ensure supply meets demand of our local population and that service users are offered free choice of provider that most suits their individual needs at the point of referral. 1.2 The Provider shall deliver a full Consultant-led ENT RTT Pathways service on behalf of UHN with patients being transferred to the provider via the IPT process, encompassing referral management, diagnostics, outpatients' activity, elective and day case procedures, post operative follow up, discharge and RTT administration and clock management. The provider shall deliver UHN expectations of a high quality, integrated, safe and patient centred pathway. The service is commissioned to improve access, eliminate long RTT waits and provide a resilient elective capacity whilst maintaining safety, quality and patient experience in line with NHS and GIRFT guidance. The Provider will be fully accountable for RTT performance for all patients transferred or referred under this contract. The service is commissioned by both Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust ("KGH") and Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust ("NGH") under the banner of UHN and is accountable and responsible to the Chief Operating Officer of UHN via the respective Head of Operations or their nominated deputy.
