The Innertkirchen 1 power plant, built between 1939 and 1943, uses the gradient of around 670 m between the Handeck and Innertkirchen to produce electricity and has five vertical, two-nozzle Pelton turbines with a total output of 240 MW. After over After 80 years of operation, the machine sets are technically at the end of their service life and will be completely replaced. The project includes the replacement of turbines, generators, ball valves, distribution lines and cooling water systems as well as dismantling and disposal of the existing systems. This call for tenders covers the following four areas: Turbine The tender covers the planning (engineering), production, delivery, assembly, testing and commissioning of five vertical, six-nozzle Pelton turbines including all auxiliary systems. Main components: * Turbine with impeller, ring line, regulating nozzles and housing * Turbine shaft with guide bearing * Hydraulic units and instrumentation * Digital turbine controller * Speed monitoring The nominal flow per machine is 8.6 m³/s, the nominal output is 50 MW. generator This work includes the planning (engineering), production, delivery, assembly, testing and commissioning of five synchronous generators (each 55 MVA, 13.5 kV, cosphi 0.9, 600 RPM). Excitation system, cooling systems and instrumentation. Main components: * Synchronous generator, vertical version * Brushless exciter system * Air-water cooler (closed system) * Bearing...
