1. The subject of the order is the supply of road aggregate for the needs of renovation of internal roads in the Ksipol commune. 1) As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor undertakes to deliver the following scope of the subject of the order: a) aggregates with 31.5/63mm in an amount of 637.00 tons; b) aggregates with a fraction of 4/31.5 mm in an amount of 1,521.00 tons.2) The composition of the aggregates must comply with the PN-EN 13242 standard - Aggregates for unbound and hydraulically bound materials used in road construction or equivalents. 3) Subject The contract covers the purchase, loading, transport and unloading of aggregate in the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Ksipol commune. 4) The aggregate must be clean, without admixtures of undesirable materials such as: metal, plastic, wooden, glass, earth and clay waste. 5) If the aggregate contents mentioned in point 4) are found to contain contaminants, the Ordering Party will refuse to accept the delivery and the Contractor will be obliged to load and replace the already unloaded material with a defect-free one at its own expense. 6) In the event of finding that the aggregate fraction differs from the required one (thickness of the fraction), the Contractor is obliged to accept the incorrect...
