Description of the service: This is an individualized support service for young people between 18 and 25 years old who are homeless and socially vulnerable in the municipalities of the Gironès region, except for the city of Girona. The service offers support social, support for basic and housing needs and a stable frame of reference to help build an autonomous and self-sufficient life project for the people served, addressing their needs from a social and educational perspective.
