The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement and the Service Agreement between the contracting authority and the selected supplier: a) Purchase contract for the supply of a computed tomograph (CT device) including the purchase, disassembly and placement by the client of the equipment used so far, transport, location, installation of the newly delivered equipment and its twenty-four month warranty authorized service. b) Service contract for the implementation of post-warranty authorized service security of the CT device within the scope of regular, legally determined, safety technical inspections, service interventions and repairs after the end of the twenty-four month warranty period, for a period of eight (8) years.
